
After starting our on Relaxing Instrumental YouTube Channel, we found ourselves making, playing, perfecting each relaxing track after the kids go to bed till past midnight. You would think that we would pull our hair out since our kids usually wake us up early as the sunrises. However, we found after a week of listening to these tracks over and over again each night like a broken record actually gave us less but better quality sleep.
We thought it would be great to share a simple routine we do on a regular night.
Steps:
1) While kids take a hot bath listen to relaxing instrumental (Track Tranquility). This helps our kids get in the mood for the bath and bedtime routine as well helps all of us relax.
2) Keep eyes off of any electronic devices.
3) Meditate/Pray - get in a quiet state of mind while listening to relaxing instrumental (Track Relax). You can read a book, journal, or chat with your partner while doing this.
4) While attempting to sleep with the lights off - Listen to Relaxing Instrumental (Track Rest).
If you follow these simple steps, you will sleep better at night.
